What's the difference between a furnished rental and a hotel?
Sunchoice Corporate Housing suites are larger than hotels and are fully equipped with all the amenities of home. Not to mention lower in price!
Do I have to Sign a Rental Agreement?
Yes, you will need to sign a Guest Registration Agreement. You can sign an agreement for as short as 1 or 3 months at most of our properties, and you can stay as long as you need to.
What is the minimum number of months your corporate housing services offer?
Most of our corporate housing solutions require a minimum of a 3 month stay.
Can I get better pricing for a longer stay?
Yes, the longer your contract length is for, the better the pricing is. For example, a 7 month length will have lower pricing than a 3 month length.
Where and how do I sign my rental documents?
At Sunchoice, we make it easy! We can email your rental documents to you. All you need to do is sign and return back via email or fax.

What are your rates?
Rates vary according to the location, floorplan size, length of lease, and services provided, but the cost is generally approximately 50% less than hotels.
What if I don't need all of that?
We can accommodate any budget, large or small, by customizing the interior furnishings and utilities package to meet your needs. Tell us what you require in your property.
How does utilities work?
Electric, gas, water, and trash are always included in your rent. A monthly allowance for electricity is given for each floorplan, depending on size. At a few locations, you will need to set up and pay for cable and Internet separately on your account, per property requirements.
How do I pay?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, AmEx, Government travel card, ACH e-check bank draft, or your company can pay via company check. For customers paying by check, we also require a major credit card on file.
Do you require a deposit?
A reservation and security deposit is required to hold your suite and will stay on file during your stay. This deposit may be reduced as part of our Preferred Employer Program's benefits. A major credit card will be held on file for any incidentals or damages. The security deposit is refundable after departure.
If my military orders get changed, can I get out of my lease?
Yes, with a copy of your change orders, you will be released from your Agreement with 30-60 days notice to vacate of your departure, as required by each property.
Where are your furnished rentals located?
Depending on your needs, we have properties in major metro areas throughout Florida and Texas, that are within minutes to almost any work location. Our properties are also convenient to shopping, schools, and leisure activities.
What onsite amenities are available at your communities?
Our properties are equipped with the leading amenities available. Depending on where guests stay, they may find onsite fitness centers, swimming pools, tennis courts, volleyball courts, children's play areas, business centers, meeting rooms, grocery stores, restaurants, car rental service, and more. A Sunchoice Specialist can help you choose a location with the amenities you desire.
Can I bring my pets?
Yes you can, as we offer pet-friendly properties in every city and area. Most properties have a pet weight limit and breed restrictions, and require an additional pet deposit and/or pet fee.
How do I check in / move in?
You can arrive at the property's clubhouse, where one of the property's specialists will, give you your keys packet and familiarize you with the amenities and area. If, however, you are arriving outside of normal clubhouse hours (early morning or late evening), we can try to arrange an alternative method of arrival.
What size floorplans do you have available?
In every location, Sunchoice offers a wide selection of one, two, and three bedroom floorplans, featuring full kitchens and separate living areas and bedrooms. Floorplan size varies by location, but we always offers among the most spacious locations in each city.
